Artist Producer Resource is a crowd-sourced wiki created by a cool Toronto-based arts organization called Generator. Artist Producer Resource is a shared platform focused on supporting independent artists, producers, and companies. This website offers a literal step-by-step checklist to producing a show, in incredible detail, all created by a hive mind of local art-geniuses. A lot of it (like contracts, venue rentals, insurance, and press releases) you won’t have to worry about during your time at Paprika, but if you need to look something up – APR is a great place to start. And if you’re wondering what it would look like to take your work to the next level, you can do a deep dive.
