Directed by: Karthy Chin
The Rape of Lucrece is a narrative poem that follows the rape and tragic death of Lucrece, the wife of a Roman soldier, and the revenge that follows. This modern adaptation condenses the 265-stanza poem to a 30-minute play examining the ways in which agency can be reclaimed by those who experience sexual assault.
